These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By engaging C&C Roofing, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Our Services
C&C Roofing offers the following services:
- Pitched Roofing (Slates, Tiles, Interlocking Systems)
- Flat Roofs (GRP Fibreglass, Torch-On Felt)
- Roofing Leadwork and Flashings
- Fascia, Soffit, and Gutter Repairs or Replacement
- Roof Repairs and Complete Re-Roofs
All services are delivered by trained and insured professionals with decades of experience.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the property and scope of work.
- Ensure reasonable access to the site for our team, tools, and materials.
- Alert C&C Roofing to any specific risks, access issues, or property conditions in advance.
- Obtain necessary permissions or planning approvals where required.
4. Staff and Conduct
C&C Roofing ensures that:
- All operatives are experienced and appropriately trained.
- Team members will conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
- Staff will wear appropriate safety clothing and remain identifiable while on site.
5. Liability
C&C Roofing shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss, including delays due to weather or material supply issues.
- Pre-existing damage or structural faults not visible at the outset.
- Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., adverse weather, delivery delays, or third-party interference).
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the agreed works, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Payment Terms
- All invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- A deposit may be required prior to commencing work.
- Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with UK late payment legislation.
- We reserve the right to withhold or suspend services in the event of overdue payments.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur if:
- The client breaches the terms of this agreement.
- Unsafe or hazardous working conditions are present.
- Work is obstructed by third-party actions or property access restrictions.
8. Confidentiality
C&C Roofing will treat all customer information as confidential and will not disclose any personal or project-related data without permission, unless required by law.
9. Insurance
C&C Roofing carries full and valid insurance including:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Employer’s Liability Insurance
Proof of cover is available upon request.
10. Compliance and Accreditation
We comply with all relevant UK health, safety, and environmental regulations. Our work is carried out with due care, proper equipment, and in line with industry best practices.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
